You may redeem this item online by logging into your auction Control Panel, clicking on "Items I've Won" and clicking the "Pay Online" button. Your certificates will be mailed to you as soon as payment has been processed.
To redeem by check use the "Print Invoice" button to print your invoice. Please keep a copy for yourself, and mail the other invoice along with your check to: House of Hope, P.O. Box 5014, Traverse City, MI 49696-5014. Your certificates will be mailed to you as soon as payment has been processed.
You may pay in person and pick up items from Dec 9-16 at our office. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am until 5:30pm. Please bring a copy of your invoice with you.
