Redemption Info
You may redeem items online by logging into "My Control Panel" and clicking on "Items I've Won".
To pay online click the "Pay Online" button. If you have just won certificates, they will be mailed to you once we receive payment unless you contact us at (231) 946-5350 to make other arrangements.
To redeem by check use the "Print Invoice" button to print your invoice. Please keep a copy for yourself, and mail the other invoice along with your check to: House of Hope, P.O. Box 5014, Traverse City, MI 49696-5014. If you have just won certificates, they will be mailed to you once we receive payment unless you contact us at (231) 946-5350 to make other arrangements.
For physical items that must be picked up, you may pay online before coming to pick up items, or you may pay in person. Please pick up items at our office December 15, 16, 17 and 20, 21, 22 from 8am to 7pm. Please bring a copy of your invoice with you.
